Calling out cottonseed oil as “fit to be fried,” writer Deb North spotlighted two of our fave fans of cottonseed oil – Utz Quality Foods, Inc., maker of the popular East Coast potato chip brand, and Buca di Beppo, a chain of Italian-style restaurants.
